Sometimes certain circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. I kindly ask that you give me 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

I do ask for payment when notice hasn’t been given, as follows:

50% of the service, the day of or before the appointment.
50% of the service if running more than 15 minutes late and I’m unable to shift the diary.
100% for a complete forgotten, not showing to the appointment.
